Permanent Housing Co-operative was established in late 2009. They are dedicated to creating affordable housing and developing sustainable livelihoods for their members. They are committed to working the Permaculture framework of Ethics and Principles. They respect the Earth Care, People Care, Fair Shares ethics as well as the principles and design process offered by Permaculture Design precedents.
