Pieterjans Jansonius and his wife Ingeborg Buitink have a fruit growing company called De Muyehof, which consists of 9 hectares of apples and pears. The company has a wide range of old and new varieties. Suffolk sheep graze in the orchard part of the year and on nearby embankments at other times. It has its own apiary and consumers can adopt their own apple tree. The fruit is sold by Nautilus and mainly goes to health food stores.
